FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solution sprayers. Proposed atomiser comprises housing with swirling chamber and nozzle. Housing is composed of union with fluid feed hole and coaxial cylindrical sleeve rigidly jointed thereto. Nozzle with inner thread is jointed by sleeve to housing bottom. Said nozzle is composed of second-stage centrifugal swirler making a cylindrical chamber with, at least, three tangential cylindrical inlets. Note here that said sleeve makes a part of said nozzle and is arranged coaxially with second-stage centrifugal swirler. The latter has cylindrical part at its top section that changes into conical part to make annular conical clearance with housing. Swirler cylindrical chamber is arranged above said second-stage swirler. It makes swirler first stage composed of rod arranged coaxially there inside and provided with screw plate. Said rod is secured at three pins connected to conical chamber communicating first- and second-stage swirlers. Note that centrifugal swirler is fitted in the housing to make annular cylindrical chamber for feeding fluid to aforesaid tangential inlets.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
