FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: standard may be used as frequency-independent measure of resistance in range of 1.0-100.0 kOhm. Standard of resistance has screening case housing dielectric substrate and metal foil resistive element with leads. Metal foil element with leads is positioned on one side of dielectric substrate. Standard of resistance is also fitted with current conducting plate and RC circuit made in the form of capacitor and resistor connected in series. Current conducting plate is located on other side of dielectric substrate that is opposite to side carrying metal foil resistive element with leads and is electrically coupled to case. RC circuit is connected to leads of metal foil resistive element with leads. Change of resistance of standard is diminished to thousand fraction of percent with frequencies up to 100.0 kHz and time constant does not exceed several nanoseconds. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of standard.
