FIELD: electrical engineering; DC machines with commutating poles and compensating winding. SUBSTANCE: to improve commutation under any dynamic operating conditions of DC machine by tuning to optimum accelerated commutation and elimination of delay of commutating flow relative to control signals caused by lag of commutating pole excitation system, commutating field shaping device is provided with synchronization unit and calculating unit whose inputs are connected to outputs of armature speed transmitter, armature current transmitter and main pole field current transmitter and with outputs of synchronization unit whose input is connected with output of main pole field current transmitter. Outputs of calculating unit are connected with signal inputs of amplifiers supplying commutating pole field windings. EFFECT: enhanced response and quality of commutation. 6 dwg
