FIELD: communication lines ensuring real-time transmission of digital data, video and voice information. SUBSTANCE: switching device is available in three design forms bound by unique inventor's conception and related to entities of same class, similar application which serve same purposes and eliminate relative impact of sequential information batches. Same hardware and simple software are required for transmission dispensing with common processor unit for switching information batches and using decentralized control of switching operations. Three design versions are distinguished from each other by design features and quantity of component parts, first one being most complex and second version, most simple.
