FIELD: telephone communications. SUBSTANCE: subscriber with unwanted numbers is detected, subscriber's information is received in absence of reception inhibit signal, cost of toll information processing and transmission is determined, and then information is processed and transmitted for subsequent application, whereupon subscriber is informed over telephone line about cost of procedure; information processing is started only upon agreement with subscriber concerning payment for this service. In addition, in the course of processing, subscriber may be repeatedly informed about corrected cost, payment request signal may be sent, such as that concerning money transfer from subscriber's current account. Information can be received according to desired list of characteristics and processed according to bank of desired information-transmission characteristics for further use; information message can be breadboarded and sent to subscriber for approval of further transmission.
