FIELD: engineering of auxiliary equipment for vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: on weather screen of parked vehicle identification mark is held. Near controllers of paid parking positioned are carried parking devices including reader and processor. To controlling input of processor controlling button is connected, and to output - portable printer. Memory block and carried transmitting/receiving device are connected to processor. Stationary parking terminal has tariff set-point device, database, transmitting/receiving device connected to database and time counter. Output of time counter is connected to controlling inputs of tariff set-point device and database. Identification mark is in form of radio-mark, inductively interacting with reader of carried parking device. Onboard the vehicle mobile parking complex is mounted. The latter is made with possible receipt and processing of signals of global satellite navigation system, and also transmission and receipt via standard cell network of mobile communications containing billing center, for example, GSM-network, voice and code messages, including identification code and coordinates of vehicle. Stationary and carried transmitting/receiving device are made in form of mobile cell communications network, for example, GSM-network. Tariff set-point device is made with additional input connected to database. Output of tariff set-point device is connected to input of billing center of regional operator of mobile communications network. Time counter is controlled by stationary cell mobile communications network terminal, for example, belonging to GSM-network.

EFFECT: for vehicle users having cell phones and means for detecting global position, procedure of payment for parking is substantially simplified.
