Milling cutter is fitted with key member and spring and installed for axial motion inside cone. Cutting head of milling cutter is manufactured as a cone reverse to case cone. As a result, simultaneous and uniform circular bevelling is provided from both external and internal edges of bone end, and periosteum and internal layer of bone with bone marrow are preserved at most.
