FIELD: plastic metal working, namely forming parts of sheet metal. SUBSTANCE: sheet blanking and punching process is realized with use of holder whose working surfaces are free from tapered fins in portions where final cut-off is not needed. Thickness of technological interpart and lateral bridges is equal to 0.3-0.5 of material thickness; gaps between die and punch are set in range (10-14)% of material thickness. EFFECT: reduced metal consumption, increased tool strength, simplified design of tools. 2 dwg
