FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: binding agent is produced by mixing aluminium hydroxide and ferrous (II) oxide with ortho-phosphoric acid of density ρ = = 1.37-1.49 followed by hardening in air. Method involves the use of aluminium hydroxide of residue in sieve N 008 60-61% and finely divided aluminium hydroxide of residue in sieve N 008 5-7%. After hardening for 3 days phosphate product is kept in frost for up to 28 days at negative temperature at the range (-15)-(-17) C. Method can be used in finishing works making.
