SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, in particular, to clay-phosphate material comprising Cambrian blue clay, iron-containing waste from metallurgic manufacture based on ferrous Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve № 008 5-7%, ortho-phosphoric acid with density value 1.17-1.18 g/cm³ and, additionally, crushed limestone with residue on sieve № 008 15-17% in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: Cambrian blue clay, 25-30; indicated waste, 20-30; indicated limestone, 25-30, and ortho-phosphoric acid with density value 1.17-1.17 g/cm³, the balance. Invention can be used for neutralization of alkaline flows. Invention provides preparing clay-phosphate material for neutralization of alkaline flows.
