FIELD: protective and decorative coatings of inner and outer surfaces. SUBSTANCE: paint comprises 50-60 % aqueous phosphoric acid solution as oxygen-containing inorganic compound. Composition includes aluminium oxide compound and titanium dioxide and further comprises pigment. Said pigment includes products resulting from processing used acid galvanic solutions which contain non-ferrous or heavy metal ions and spent phosphate-ion containing alkali solution. Combination of components in certain ratios makes it possible to obtain good physical and mechanical properties of coatings. EFFECT: improved properties of the phosphate paint. 1 tbl
