FIELD: household chemistry. SUBSTANCE: cream for leather articles contains, mas. %: animal technical fat, 75-85; hard petroleum paraffin for household use, 8-15; ceresine, 4.3-6.0; wax, 1-2; undecylenic acid, 1.0-1.3; fat-soluble dyestuff, 0.3-0.5; flavor, 0.2-0.4. Cream is prepared by melting paraffin with wax and ceresine at temperature 65 C for 10-15 min. Then melted fat is introduced into melt at temperature 65 C and mixed. Mixture is cooled up to 50 C and other components are added. Water resistance is 1; dust accumulation, film stickiness is not more 1.2 mg/cm; film luster according to luster meter is 12-15 scale units. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
