METHOD FOR OPERATING LOW-PRODUCING WELL BY ELECTRIC PUMP WITH FREQUENCY-REGULATED ELECTRIC DRIVE Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this method is based on regulating speed of liquid inflow into well from bed by periodically repeating cycles. According to method, each cycle includes starting of pump at increasing frequency of supply voltage and delivery of liquid by pump at preset frequency. After reaching preset value of pressure in pipe string, reduced in undergoing cycle is frequency of supply voltage until pump delivery is discontinued. To ensure inflow of liquid from bed, subsequently maintained is maximal frequency of supply voltage at which delivery of liquid by pump is not resumed. After reaching in process of liquid inflow preset value of pressure at pump inlet, cycle is repeated thus restoring liquid delivery rate by pump by shifting it to higher frequency of power supply. At inflow phase of current cycle, performed is modulation of frequency of electric motor supply voltage within range of frequency values corresponding to pump operating parameters changing in process of liquid inflow at stopping and resuming delivery. In process of fluid inflow, modulated is frequency of electric motor supply voltage at preset periodicity in time and within given range of deviations from frequency at which pump delivery is stopped up to maximal frequency at which pump does not resume recovery. Application of aforesaid method improves efficiency of pump operation due to wider potentialities in regulation of performance parameters. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
