FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: when the well is operated with an electric pump with a variable speed drive, fluid is supplied with the pump in steady-state mode at the specified frequency and cyclic operating mode of electric pump with alteration of the electric pump electrical frequency rise and decrease of the electric pump power supply relative to the specified frequency. Cyclic mode is performed during a day. Electrical frequency of electric pump power supply is increased within 7 and 8 a.m. a day, and electrical frequency of the electric pump power supply is decreased during the rest hours of the day within 4 and 5 p.m. a day. Electric pump efficiency is chosen so that it provides the fluid supply in cyclic mode during the day, which is equal to the fluid supply during the day in steady-state mode. Electrical frequency of electric pump power supply is increased within 7 and 8 a.m. a day when the electricity tariff is minimum, and electrical frequency of the electric pump power supply is decreased during the rest hours of the day within 4 and 5 p.m. when electricity tariff is maximum.
EFFECT: possibility of maintaining the flow rate at the specified level is provided at reduction of electric power consumption.
