FIELD: mechanical and electrical energy cogeneration by using fuel elements. SUBSTANCE: endothermic reforming reaction of hydrocarbon compounds yields gas containing H2; some portion of this gas is burned to obtain exhaust gas, oxygen-containing gas is compressed and supplied to combustion stage. Energy is produced by feeding exhaust gas to at least one gas turbine. Exhaust gas expanded in gas turbine is used for indirect heating of endothermic reaction. Part of fuel gas produced in endothermic reforming reaction is supplied to set of fuel elements as anode gas for electric energy generation and waste anode gas is used for producing exhaust gas by burning it. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 44 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl
