FIELD: electrical engineering; power generating systems built around fuel cells.
SUBSTANCE: proposed power generating system built around fuel cells, especially high-temperature molten-carbonate or solid-oxide ones operating at temperature of about 250 °C has adsorption module depending for its operation on pressure difference for raising energy efficiency of fuel cells. New method is proposed for maintaining high hydrogen concentration across anode and high oxygen concentration across cathode and for effective transfer of hot carbon dioxide from anode to cathode.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of thermal-to-electrical energy conversion.
