Prepared mixture is heated, and fermented whey is introduced in the amount of 22-40% to mass of milk raw material and protein filler. Used as protein filler is emulsion prepared by homogenization of minced fish, vegetable oil, common salt and water. Raw mass is heated, settled; whey is separated and formed.
