FIELD: medicine, food industry. SUBSTANCE: hematogen is prepared from animal blood. Hematogen has black food albumin, starch syrup, vanillin, whole condensed milk with sugar and granulated sugar. Hematogen has additionally ferrous (II) sulfate heptahydrate and vitamin C at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: ferrous (II) sulfate heptahydrate, 0.1-0.5; vitamin C, 0.09-0.12; black food albumin, 4.0-5.0; starch syrup, 21.0-25.0; vanillin, 0.01-0.015; whole condensed milk with sugar, 33.0-36.0; and granulated sugar, the balance. Hematogen regulates reduction-oxidation processes in human body. EFFECT: enhanced curative and nutrient properties.
