Hematogen contains following ingredients: black alimentary albumin, starch molasses, vanilline, whole condensed milk with sugar, granulated sugar, additionally added is hazel-nut. Proportioning of ingredients is as follows, mas.%: hazel-nut 5.0-10.0, black alimentary albumin 4.0-5.0, starch molasses 18.0-23.0, vanilline 0.01-0.015, whole condensed milk with sugar 30.0-33.0, granulated sugar - the balance. Application of aforesaid combination of ingredients ensures higher curative and nutritional properties of hematogen together with enhancing energy value and flavoring characteristics.
