FIELD: metallurgy, foundry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers predominantly to casting ladles. Gear can be used as means of drum drying, in combustion chambers of periodic action, for instance, in after-burner chambers, in chamber furnaces and so on. Gear has external tube and lug mounted with circular clearance in tube feeding oxidizing agent. Lug has nozzles arranged over circumference along longitudinal axis of lug for communication with passage feeding oxidizing agent and with peripheral inclined nozzles uniformly placed over perimeter of lug. Axis of each of nozzles is tilted with reference to longitudinal axis of lug at angle from 30 to 60 deg. Area of section of central nozzle amounts to 1/5-1/7 of total section of peripheral nozzles. Diameter of nozzles located in parallel to longitudinal axis of lug is 1.5-2.2 times bigger than that of peripheral nozzles. Diameter of circumference of arrangement of axes of peripheral nozzles in projection exceeds 1.5-1.7 times diameter of circumference of arrangement of axes of parallel nozzles in projection. Summary area of sections of the latter amounts to 20-40% of section of circular passage. EFFECT: provision for uniform heating of lining, improved stability of functioning of burner with change of excess of oxidizing agent and temperature. 4 cl, 2 dwg
