FIELD: cutting out different configuration parts from sheet materials by means of laser beam, plasma and other high-concentration energy sources in electrical and machine engineering, textile and wood working industry branches. SUBSTANCE: placing parts to be cut out along continuous row on sheet; providing contact zone of each part (beginning from first one) with next part equal to cut width; performing cutting out beginning from first part and further along part row until last one; cutting out last part along its full length; then cutting out parts in inverse order; at contact zone passing from one part to another. Such procedure of cutting out allows to eliminate idle transitions and therefore to enhance cutting out efficiency, especially due to elimination of cut-in operations.
