FIELD: laser techniques, particularly installation for laser cutting of sheet materials that may be used autonomously and also as a part of flexible industrial system in different branches of machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation includes laser, system for transferring irradiation, technological lens, apparatus for suction off waste products and their receptacle, systems for moving sucked off products along worked sheet. At side of apparatus for suction off waste products there are drill driven to rotation by means of drive mechanism and separate system for moving said products along worked sheet. Cutting out of each part begins from drilling through hole on future contour of cutting out. Then technological lens begins cutting out contour namely from said through hole. Presence of preliminarily drilled through hole allows to eliminate piercing of it by means of laser beam. EFFECT: significantly reduced time period of cutting, elimination of damage of head of technological lens and absence of large zone of thermic influence around through hole. 5 cl, 5 dwg
