FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to works on the reconstruction of buildings or structures, and can be used to increase the area of residential and non-residential premises. Method of building reconstruction includes the construction of a spatial framework outside the external walls. Framework is constructed from modules, each of which is a metal structure sheathed with sheet-like material and insulant, moreover, in the floor structures of the building, embedded parts are installed on the anchors and the modules are mounted by fastening them to the specified embedded parts, after which the assembled modules are interconnected with standard fasteners.
EFFECT: simplification of the technology of buildings reconstruction.
