FIELD: nuclear- power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is appropriate for correcting isotope composition of nuclear fuel. Solution containing [HNO3] 115.5 g/l of U(VI), [N2H4] 2.0 mol/l of nitric acid, and 0.5 g/l of hydrazine is poured into chromatographic column with Teflon powder and extractant applied on its surface. Uranium(IV) band is formed. Countercurrent extraction process provides coefficient of separation other than one. Uranium reflux is effected with no change in valence state by exhaustive extraction technique and by reextraction from the ends of band. EFFECT: increased extent of U238 and U232 separation and decreased number of reagents. 2 dwg, 4 tbl, 3 ex
