FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid that can destroy superoxide anion-radicals which are inducers of different diseases. Crude water containing at least ions of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium is fed in cathode chamber where electrolysis of crude water is carried out for 0.5-5 s by current passing through cathode and anode electrode at the range 0.16-3.2 mA/cm2 as measured for two electrodes and a single diaphragm. By this method water is obtained that can be used for conservative treatment. This water has a redox potential value (at the range) at least -150 mV if measurement is carried out by platinum electrode using. This water can remove superoxide anion-radicals from patient blood. EFFECT: improved method of medicinal liquid preparing. 17 cl, 8 dwg, 3 tbl
