SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is method of obtaining hydrogen-containing flowing medium, applicable for living organisms, during which molecules of hydrogen are supplied to flowing medium, applicable for living organisms, contained in reservoir, permeable for hydrogen molecules. Method includes stage of hydrogen influence, which consists in that reservoir, in which flowing medium, applicable for living organisms is contained, is subjected to action of hydrogen molecules from of the outside of reservoir. Reservoir, which is permeable for hydrogen molecules, is reservoir, which makes it possible to reach concentration of dissolved hydrogen 1 ppb and more in normal physiological solution with immersion of reservoir, filled with normal physiological solution, for 5 hours into volume of hydrogen-containing water, which stably preserves approximately condition of saturation (1.6 ppm at 20°C and pressure 1 bar) and exceeds volume of reservoir contents 20 times.
