FIELD: production by electrolysis of water containing hydrogen. SUBSTANCE: purified water is produced from tap water. Added to purified water is NaCl to obtain its conductivity of 100 μc/cm. Then, electrolysis is carried out. Obtained cathode water is discharged and neutralized. Obtained cathode water includes dissolved hydrogen (H+,H0,H2) in amount of, at least, 0.1 ppm. Dissolved hydrogen prevents or suppresses damage to DNA. EFFECT: higher productivity and degree of saturation with hydrogen of water produced by electrolysis. 15 cl, 7 dwg
