FIELD: waste utilization. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to convert fiber production waste into valuable raw material for metallurgy Ц zinc- containing granules Ц and for agriculture Ц organomineral fertilizers. Sediment is fed into accumulation tank through slurry pipeline by the aid of hydraulic pump and centrifuged to separate thick mass with moisture content 30-40% from fluid part. Thick mass is dried with hot gas in drum to moisture content 5-10%, granulated in a special press into elongated large-size zinc-containing granules, which are directed by deliverer into tank as commercial product. Effluent gases and vapors are subjected to double treatment and are withdrawn as environmental acceptable substances: water back into accumulation tank and gas into atmosphere. EFFECT: enabled liberation of vast land areas occupied by waste settlers and accumulators over a long period of time. 1 dwg
