SUBSTANCE: present invention describes 3- azabicyclo [3.2.0] heptane derivatives wherein R1 is phenyl substituted optionally by one or two halogen atoms, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, alkoxy, amino, cyano or nitro; or thienyl; R2 is H or phenyl; n is integer of 1 to 4; A is hydrogen or -C(R3)(R4)-C6H4(R5),, NR6-CO-C6H4(R5) or -CH=CH2, R3-H,OH or phenyl optionally substituted by fluorine, chlorine or bromine; R4 is H; or R3 and R4 together are oxygen; R5 is hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine or bromine, hydroxy, alkyl or methoxy; R6 is hydrogen or methyl or salts thereof.
