FIELD: mechanical code locks. SUBSTANCE: mechanical code lock has body, locking bolt, retaining locking bolt and code mechanism which is installed in body for axial motion in direction square to plane of locking bolt motion. Code mechanism includes code units with analyzer and outer code handle and interlocking member. Code units are located parallel to each other in axial direction. Each code unit consists of cylindrical code drum attached to outer code handle. Code drum has analyzer in the form of tooth on internal side surface and longitudinal grooves on external side surface and installed for rotation in respective hole bored in slider, and cylindrical thrust bushing secured to body and located coaxial in internal hollow of code drum and has recess on side surface engageable with tooth-analyzer of code drum. Interlocking member is made in the form of projections located on body, number of projections corresponds to number of code units. Made on side surface of outer code handles are alternating projections and recesses. Longitudinal grooves of code drum are engageable with ball retainer. Number of longitudinal grooves equals the number of recesses on outer code handles. EFFECT: higher combination and reliability of mechanical code lock. 3 cl, 5 dwg
