FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining maternal blood serum immunocompetent proteins concentration by means of immunodiffuse titrimetry in agar with standard test-system, bound alpha2-globulin (BAG) and trophoblastic beta-globulin(TBG). Pregnancy complications availability conclusions are drawn and following prediction of newborn state is carried out at the level of bound alpha2-globulin and trophoblastic beta-globulin and based on coefficient value reflecting mother immune adaptation and that of fetoplacental complex (IAC) calculated from formula IAC=(BAG+TBG)/TBG. IAC value being greater than 1.8 on the background of normal or high BAG level, gestosis development fetus hypoxia, neonatal dysadaptation syndrome are predicted. IAC value being lower than 1.5 on the background of BAG drop, abortion threat is predicted. Both BAG and TBG drop being the case, prolonged pregnancy is predicted. EFFECT: timely detected complications risk. 2 tbl
