FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves studying venous blood serum for determining myocardial creatine phosphokinase activity (MV-KPhK), triglyceride and low density lipoprotein level at the third the third-fourth life day. MV-KPhK activity growing from 9.9 to 13.7 units/l, triglyceride level from 2.8 to 4.8 mmole/l, low density lipoprotein level from 8.6 to 12.8 g/l, marked cardiac activity adaptation disorders are diagnosed. MV-KPhK activity being within 6.5 - 8.1 units/l, triglyceride level from 0.8 to 1.6 mmole/l, low density lipoprotein level from 3.9 to 4.7 g/l, favorable clinical cardiac activity adaptation course is diagnosed in newborn baby cases.
EFFECT: simplified reliable diagnosis method applicable during the first life days.
