FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to predict cardiac adaptation in infants of 3-4 days, they are analysed for troponin (Tr-t) level, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) activity. Increased troponin Tr-T level within 0.01 to 0.1 ng/ml and decreased SDH activity 9.7 to 4.2 gran./limph., and GDH activity 5.7 to 3.2 gran./limph. allow to predict cardiac deadaptation. If Tr-T level is less than 0.01 ng/ml and SDH activity is within 14.6 to 9.8 gran./limph., and GDH activity is within 7.6 to 5.8 gran./limph., favourable cardiac adaptation course is predicted.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of cardiac adaptation prediction in infants.
