FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining general level of IgG immunoglobulin and subclasses G1 and G2 levels during the first-third day of life. General level of IgG immunoglobulin drop from 9.82 to 8.73 g/l, G1 from 6.12 to 5.75 g/l, G2 from 2.94 to 2.7 g/l being observed, marked disorders of adaptation level are diagnosed. General level of IgG immunoglobulin drop from 10.57 to 10.11 g/l, G1 from 6.96 to 6.48 g/l, G2 from 3.45 to 3.0 g/l being observed, moderate disorders of adaptation level are diagnosed. General level of IgG immunoglobulin drop from 12.88 to 11.70 g/l, G1 from 9.16 to 7.76 g/l, G2 from 4.60 to 3.56 g/l being observed, favorable development of early postnatal adaptation in newborns is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high information capacity of the method. 1 tbl
