SUBSTANCE: device has light emitter and power supply which is designed as at least one charging assembly which is charged to given threshold by car lights and is connected to light emitter in order to trigger it for specific period upon end of exposition to car light of said charging assembly until complete discharge. Said charging assembly may have solar cell which charges at least one capacitor.
