FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: teat cup is moved up progressively by manipulator for urging displacement of teat simulator into udder simulator casing. Contact sensor mounted on teat cup neck portion comes into contact with position sensor mounted on udder simulator to close its sectors, which withdraw some amount of resistance from pack of resistors 8 to transfer it to ohmmeter circuit, with value of withdrawn resistance being in accordance with number of sectors closed by contact sensor on position sensor surface. Thus, deviation of teat cup from teat may be determined. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of stand by detecting error during determination of teat simulator position through measuring deviation of teat cups from udder in the process of putting teat cup simulators on udder simulator. 3 dwg
