FIELD: descent of objects from flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: parachute and rocket are connected by means of rope through roller and brake located on descent object with free section of rope between roller and parachute. Thrust of rocket is chosen to be more than or equal to aerodynamic drag of parachute. Additional rocket is secured above parachute canopy by means of coupling which is broken at moment of tension of section of rope between brake and parachute; then object with parachute and rockets is brought outside flying vehicle and both rockets are launched; after separation of additional rocket and tension of section of rope between roller and remaining rocket, releasing the brake is started. EFFECT: reliable descent from low altitudes; proper control of rate of descent.
