FIELD: cryogenic equipment, in particular, conversion of heat in environment to electric or mechanical power using cryogenic liquids as actuating medium. SUBSTANCE: method involves accumulation of dissipated heat and its transmission through heat exchangers to super-cooled liquefied gas under constant increased pressure which is preliminary converted to saturated vapor and then to perfect gas which liquefaction process is below critical state. Then this gas is passed through radial expansion engine for generation of energy. Resulted super-cooled liquefied gas is directed back to heat accumulator. EFFECT: decreased losses. 7 cl, 3 dwg
