FIELD: liquefied natural gas gasification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG), where the Rankine cycle is implemented during the gasification of LNG, and can be used to produce thermal, electrical energy and, at the same time, water ice suitable for the food industry. The liquefied natural gas gasification system of the boiler house contains a cryogenic tank for storing LNG, a cryogenic pump for pumping LNG through heat exchangers that receive heat from flue gases of the boiler house boilers, a turboexpander with an electric generator on one shaft. The first heat exchanger in the LNG flow is the water ice maker, in which the heat of the phase transition of water to ice vaporizes the LNG, turning it into natural gas. An additional heat exchanger - a cooler of drinking water cools the water going to the ice machine from the water treatment plant, leaving the turbo-expander with cooled natural gas.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of gasification of liquefied natural gas in an ice generator, which has a maximum heat transfer coefficient during the phase transition of LNG to gas, and water to ice, as well as the overall efficiency of the boilers of the boiler house.
