FIELD: systems rendering additional services. SUBSTANCE: control system located in switching center for additional service procedures conveyed to HLR register functions as follows. Switching center is informed only about operations that will terminate in it. When message forwarded directly in operation from mobile station is received, targeted operation is checked up. When operation is known to switching center, procedure is terminated in the latter. When operation is unknown to switching center, call component in received forward message is not further checked up and message is conveyed to register in the form received by switching center.
