SUBSTANCE: digital cellular communication system sustains transfer of call with better quality of speech by elimination of unnecessary decoding of speech when call is transferred from one network or automatic switching center to another. Initial address message is added with new information element carrying code of network of calling switching center of mobile communication services so that address of calling mobile switching center can be correctly determined in final mobile switching center or by mobile switching center to which call has been transferred if its transfer was initiated. For dispatch of request for speech coding in calling mobile switching center there is used structurized dialog in which signal of return result acknowledging request is sent to proper receiver in final mobile switching center or in mobile switching center to which call is transferred if such transfer has been initiated.
