Ports are connected to at least one base station in access network. The latter also has part of radio link based access network that provides for interconnecting base station and radio communication device in access network. Radio communication device is registered as that related to one of service networks, so-called source network; signal channel in access network has first terminal corresponding to radio communication device and second terminal corresponding to port connecting access network to source one.
