FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing acid-producing stomach part. Selective proximal vagotomy is carried out. The resected stomach region is substituted with jejunum loop. End-to-loop esophagointestinal anastomosis is formed. Anastomosis is created on both ends of jejunum loop with innervated antral stomach region.
