SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank on substrate of electrically conductive electrochemically inert material such as noble metal or its alloy, particularly noble metal alloy consisting, mainly of platinum. It provides significantly decreased rounding of edges between formed openings and surface of blank secured to substrate at treating process and acts favorably upon shaping of pointed cutting surfaces.
