FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: biomass of Aspergillus niger is treated with 2N hydrochloric acid followed by treatment with a mixture of reagents (detergent, mild alkali, ethanol) at 96 C for 35-45 min. Deacetylation is carried out with 20-25% alkali for 1-2 h at 100-110 C and the end product is washed out from alkali with alcohols at their decreasing concentration and water. Method provides preparing chitosan-glucane complex containing glucane and chitosan at concentrations 25-60% and deacetylation degree 15-70%.
