FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a carboxymethylchitin-glucan complex, involving treatment of a chitin-glucan complex from biomass of higher fungi Armillaria mellea with sodium hydroxide in a medium of isopropyl alcohol at a ratio of chitinous material:sodium hydroxide as 1.0:0.58 (wt.) and at a ratio of chitinous material:isopropyl alcohol as 1.0:7.86 (wt.), then ultrasound with power of 161 W at frequency 28 kHz for 10–30 minutes, adding alkylating agent monochloroacetate sodium at ratio of chitinous raw material:alkylating agent 1.0:1.7 (wt.), treatment is carried out with ultrasound power of 161 W at frequency 28 kHz for 10–30 minutes, neutralized, washed with a mixture of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid and dried.
EFFECT: invention provides improved manufacturability of methods for producing carboxymethylchitin-glucan complex used in pharmaceutical industry and medicine as a component of medical devices.
