FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves deproteinization of mycelium (biomass) of chitin-containing microscopic fungi Aspergillus niger, Blakeslia, Erispora, Actinomyces roseum, P. chrysogenum by successive treatment (2-4 times) with diluted solution of sodium hydroxide at 60-90 C. Then demineralization is carried out with diluted solution of hydrochloric, nitric or ortho-phosphoric acid, washing from fats and lipids and deacetylation of prepared product with 20-29% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide for 30-120 min at 110-125 C. Complex is used as sorbent for metal ions at water treatment, in medicine, agriculture and food industry. EFFECT: improved method of complex preparing. 2 dwg, 4 tbl
