FIELD: industrial inorganic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: inorganic peroxy compounds (hydrogen peroxide, peroxydisulfuric acid and its salts) are prepared in diaphragm electrolyzer via anodic oxidation of sulfate ions in acid solutions on glass-carbon anode in presence of 1 M fluoride ion at anode current density 200 to 900 A/sq.m and via reduction of molecular hydrogen in alkali solutions on glass-carbon cathode at cathode current density 3.7 to 20 A/sq. m and oxygen supply velocity 180 ml/min or ozone supply velocity 8.8 ml/min.
