FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has two plates. One of the plates has groove with ribs. Another plate is movable into the groove passing under the ribs with its lateral ribs. Fractured tubular bone fragments repair is carried out during operation. The cover is placed on the fractured fragments so that the fracture be disposed in the middle of the cover. Holes are drilled in bones through holes in plates ends and screws are used to join them. Wrench teeth are brought in engagement with teeth on one of plates to move and press the bone fragments close one to another. Screws are screwed in through the coincident holes to join the fragments tightly one to another. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and strength of bone fragments connection. 9 dwg
