FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves releasing the fracture region. Small bone fragments and interfragmental tissues are removed. Bone fragments are separated and brought into the wound. Bone marrow space areas are filled with bone cement to the level of fracture plane. The fractured bone fragments are exactly juxtaposed. The fragments are hold together until the cement becomes completely hard. The wound is sutured layer-by-layer. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment and rehabilitation course. 4 dwg
